Ten 5MWh containerized BESS units providing peak shaving, frequency regulation and arbitrage services to a Tier-1 Ukrainian utility offtaker. Connected at 33kV through an SMS-supplied MV transformer station. EMS supports IEC 61850 and integrates with the operator's SCADA for ancillary-services dispatch.

Brazil mining microgrid + diesel hybrid

Off-grid copper mining site previously running on 24/7 diesel generators. SMS designed a 4MW solar PV array + 8MWh BESS hybrid system that displaces ~30% of diesel runtime annually. EMS coordinates PV, battery, and gensets in real-time, automatically black-starting the BESS during weather events.

Electronics manufacturing facility operating two production shifts. Three Dyna Pod B261 (261kWh) liquid-cooled cabinets discharge during 18:30–22:00 peak window, charge from solar rooftop and grid during off-peak. Deployed in 14 weeks from PO to commissioning, including all permits.
